Acceptance
By creating an account or using Chirpy AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be 16 or older to use Chirpy AI.
Acceptable use
You may not use Chirpy AI to generate or distribute illegal content, spam, or material that infringes third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
Your content
You own the content you upload. By uploading knowledge sources you grant us a limited licence to process that content to operate the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge.
Limitation of liability
Chirpy AI is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
